位于那艾路镇萨卡拉村，是萨卡拉村的特色菜，被称为“Kueay Shrimp”。它源于渔民的智慧，他们从事养殖天然虾或制作虾池的职业。他们想出了加工海洋生物的方法，即取两种虾——“Rue”虾和“White”虾，将它们的背部弄直，然后整齐地一层一层放入锅中，在每一层之间撒上糖和盐。然后用砧板压住，再煮熟。这样就得到了虾，它们身体笔直，红亮诱人，口感嚼劲十足，味道甜美，是泰国独一无二的美味佳肴。
