According to legend, villagers often saw circular lights floating around on the high mountain. The lights glowed brightly, sometimes shining vividly yellow, illuminating the entire mountain as if it were a golden mountain. It is a peaceful place suitable for meditation.

Analayo Thipyaram Temple is located on Doi Butsarakham, Ban San Pa Bong, San Pa Muang Subdistrict, Mueang Phayao District, Phayao Province. It was built by Phra Panyaphisal Ther or Luang Pho Phaiboon Sumanggalo. The temple is distinguished by its art and architecture, which blend Lanna, Burmese, and Shan cultures. Inside the temple, there is a beautifully crafted Sukhothai-style Buddha image, as well as many other Buddha images in various postures, such as a reclining Buddha, a walking Buddha, and a naga-protected Buddha.
Additionally, there is the Rattana Chedi built in Indian, Bodh Gaya style, a Chinese pavilion housing the statue of Guanyin, a replica Emerald Buddha Hall made of gold, and Buddha images made of topaz, silver, and gold, as well as a naga statue. From the mountaintop, you can clearly see the panoramic view of Kwan Phayao.
