ตั้งอยู่ตำบลพิบูล เป็นแก่งหินสวยงามในลำน้ำมูล เกิดจากการถูกกัดเซาะจากกระแสน้ำวน จนเกิดเป็นแอ่งต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะเห็นได้เฉพาะช่วงหน้าแล้ง ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม-เดือนพฤษภาคม เนื่องจากน้ำในลำน้ำมูลจะลดลง จนทำให้แก่งหินโผล่ขึ้นมา นักท่องเที่ยวนิยมมาเล่นน้ำคลายร้อน
คำว่า “สะพือ” เพี้ยนมาจากภาษาของชาวส่วยหรือชาวกูย มาจากคำว่า “กะไซพรืด” แปลว่า งูใหญ่หรือพญานาค ตามความเชื่อที่เล่าสืบต่อกันมาว่า มีพญานาคหรืองูใหญ่คอยดูแลสถานที่แห่งนี้
