MaeKlong Farm Fair 2026

The Young Smart Farmer network in Samut Songkhram Province has scheduled the "Maeklong Farm Fair 2026" from May 9-11, 2026, at the New Generation Farmer Incubation Center (Boonwika Garden), Moo 5, Bang Khae Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province. The event aims to promote and enhance agricultural tourism in Samut Songkhram Province by connecting 20 Young Smart Farmer farms into quality tourist destinations. It will create experiences in health tourism, learning, and hands-on local living (Experiential Tourism). Furthermore, it aims to elevate Samut Songkhram's tourism image to become high-value Agri-Tourism by showcasing quality agricultural products certified with standards such as GAP, GI, and organic farming, alongside creating cultural food value (Gastronomy Tourism) that reflects the local identity. This initiative is expected to stimulate travel, increase length of stay, and boost tourist spending in the area, leading to income generation, economic opportunities for grassroots communities, reduced inequality, and sustainable growth in economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The event will feature agricultural knowledge exhibitions, sales of agricultural products and processed goods, community handicrafts, local food, Workshop activities, and experiential tourism promotion activities.
