ตั้งอยู่ในตำบลควนกาหลง ในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติเขาหมาไม่หยอก เป็นเขตที่มีฝนตกชุกจึงทำให้เกิดเป็นป่าดงดิบที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ น้ำตกธาราสวรรค์เป็นน้ำตกขนาดใหญ่ สามชั้น มีน้ำตลอดทั้งปี มีทางเดินเลียบน้ำตก ระยะทาง 300 เมตร มีโอกาสพบเห็นสัตว์ป่าขนาดใหญ่และนกชนิดต่าง ๆ ได้บนเส้นทาง
