About this Place
อยู่หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลกระโสม มีความสำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์และโบราณคดี บริเวณที่ตั้งของวัดเป็นภูเขา มีถ้ำใหญ่น้อย ได้แก่ ถ้ำใหญ่ ถ้ำแจ้ง ถ้ำมืด และถ้ำแก้ว โดยถ้ำใหญ่จะอยู่ตอนล่างสุด ตลอดความยาวของถ้ำประดับตกแต่งด้วย กระเบื้อง ถ้วย จานเชิงลายครามและเบญจรงค์ ถ้ำใหญ่นี้ใช้เป็นวิหารมีพระพุทธรูปต่าง ๆ ประดิษฐานอยู่หลายองค์ที่สำคัญคือ พระพุทธไสยาสน์ที่มีความงดงามมาก มีพระปรมาภิไธยย่อของพระเจ้าแผ่นดินและพระราชวงศ์หลายพระองค์ เช่น จปร. ปปร. ภปร. รพ. บริเวณหน้าถ้ำยังเป็นที่อยู่อาศัยของฝูงลิงจำนวนมาก คนไทยไม่เก็บค่าเข้าชม ชาวต่างชาติเก็บค่าเข้าชมคนละ 20 บาท
