วัดรัตนเนตตาราม หรือวัดล้านหอย ตั้งอยู่ตำบลสัมพันตา เจ้าอาวาสวัด โดยพระอธิการ สิริลักษณ์ ธีรวังโส มีแนวคิดในการนำเปลือกหอยสารพัดชนิดที่ชาวบ้านรับประทานแล้วทิ้ง มาประดับตกแต่งตัวอาคารหอพระแก้วสามฤดูทั้งภายนอกและภายใน หรือพญานาคที่บริเวณทางขึ้นก็ใช้เปลือกหอยแครงนำมาเรียงเป็นเกล็ด ถัดจากหอพระแก้วเป็นอาคารที่มีพระราหู อยู่บริเวณประตูทางเข้า ซึ่งด้านในมีพระพุทธรูป เป็นพระประธานขนาดใหญ่ เพดานโดยรอบรวมถึงประตูฝั่งด้านข้างประดับด้วยเปลือกหอยหลากสีเป็นรูปดอกไม้โค้งไปตามรูปอาคารวิจิตรงดงามมาก
