วัดพระธาตุปูแจ ตั้งอยู่บ้านบุญเริง ตำบลบ้านเวียง อำเภอร้องกวาง จังหวัดแพร่ องค์พระเจดีย์ประดิษฐานพระธาตุในส่วนที่เป็นกระดูกข้อพระบาทข้างขวาขององค์พระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า เนื่องจากวัดและพระเจดีย์ถูกสร้างมาตั้งแต่โบราณ และเป็นสถานที่เคารพเลื่อมใสของพุทธศาสนิกชนชาวล้านนา จึงได้มีการบูรณะปฏิสังขรณ์โดยเจ้าผู้ครองนครแพร่มาอย่างต่อเนื่องหลายพระองค์ วัดพระธาตุปูแจจึงยังคงสภาพสมบูรณ์ดังที่ปรากฏอยู่ในปัจจุบัน และเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีโอกาสสักการบูชา ทางวัดได้จัดงานนมัสการพระธาตุปูแจ หรืองานขึ้นพระธาตุ ตรงกับวันขึ้น 11-15 ค่ำ เดือน 3 (กุมภาพันธ์) ของทุกปี
