About this Place
วัดโต๊ะโม๊ะ อยู่บ้านโต๊ะโมะ หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลภูเขาทอง เป็นวัดหลวงที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช (รัชกาลที่ 9) ทรงโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้สร้างขึ้นและทรงพระราชทานให้สร้างศาลาศิลปาชีพเมื่อวันที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2536 สร้างโดยกองทัพภาคที่ 4 เพื่อใช้เป็นสถานที่ประกอบพิธีศาสนา และเป็นสถานที่ยึดเหนี่ยวทางจิตใจของชาวตำบลภูเขาทองและโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งใช้ทรงงานเมื่อยามที่เสด็จมาประทับเพื่อเยี่ยมเยือนช่วยเหลือราษฎร โดยภายในบริเวณวัดยังประกอบด้วยศูนย์ศิลปาชีพ ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของกลุ่มแม่บ้าน เช่น การทอ ผ้าไหม จักสาย่านลิเภา เเกะสลัก ฯลฯ
