อยู่ในตำบลปากแรต เป็นอุโบสถหลังที่ 2 ของเมืองไทยที่หุ้มด้วยสแตนเลสทั้งหลัง (หลังแรกอยู่ที่วัดป่าลำขาแข้ง จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี) อุโบสถกรุด้วยสแตนเลสทั้งด้านนอกและด้านใน วัดโพธิ์รัตนารามก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อสมัยสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 (พ.ศ. 2485) แต่เดิมอุโบสถสร้างด้วยอิฐและปูน สร้างเสร็จเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2509 ปัจจุบันบูรณะใหม่ด้วยการหุ้มสแตนเลสครอบหลังเดิมทั้งหลัง โดยใช้งบประมาณไม่ต่ำกว่า 15 ล้านบาท วัดโพธิ์รัตนาราม ชาวบ้านมักเรียก “วัดโพธิ์คู่” เนื่องจากในสมัยก่อนมีต้นโพธิ์ขึ้นคู่กันอยู่หลายคู่ มีพระปางป่าลิไลยก์ เป็นที่นับถือและกราบไหว้ของชาวพุทธเมื่อเดินทางมายังวัดแห่งนี้
