ตั้งอยู่ตำบลชำราก เป็นวัดเก่าแก่อายุกว่า 100 ปี ตั้งอยู่บนภูเขาทำให้มองเห็นทิวทัศน์ด้านล่างที่เป็นป่าเขาและทะเล อาณาบริเวณวัดมีความเงียบสงบ ร่มรื่นด้วนสวนป่าสักที่ปลูกเรียงรายเป็นระเบีบบ ศาสนสถานที่สำคัญภายในบริเวณวัด ได้แก่ อุโบสถหลังใหญ่ เจดีย์ กุฏิธรรมสารอุทิศ กุฏินิรมิตสามัคคี ศาลาการเปรียญ วิหารจีนที่ประดิษฐานพระพุทธอุดมสมบูรณ์ พระอวโลกิเตศวร พระสังกัจจายน์ และเรือนรับรองสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี
