ตั้งอยู่ตำบลอำนาจ ภายในพระอุโบสถของวัดประดิษฐาน พระเจ้าใหญ่ลือชัย หรือพระฤทธิ์ลือชัย เป็นพระพุทธรูปปางมารวิชัย ก่ออิฐถือปูนและลงรักปิดทอง มีพุทธลักษณะแบบศิลปะล้านช้าง สร้างเมื่อประมาณปี พ.ศ. 2398 - พ.ศ. 2404

ด้วยแต่เดิมบริเวณวัดอำนาจ ซึ่งเป็นที่ประดิษฐานพระเจ้าใหญ่ลือชัยนั้น มีลักษณะเป็นชุมชนเก่าแก่ และเป็นที่ตั้งเมืองอำนาจเจริญมาก่อน จึงมีเรื่องเล่าเกี่ยวกับความศักดิ์สิทธิ์และปาฏิหาริย์ของพระเจ้าใหญ่ลือชัยมากมาย จากผู้คนที่มากราบไหว้บูชาแล้วประสบความเจริญรุ่งเรือง มีชื่อเสียงเลื่องลือ โดยตามความเชื่อและศรัทธาเล่าลือกันว่า ใครที่ได้มากราบไหว้ขอพรจะได้รับความสำเร็จ ได้รับชัยชนะจากศัตรูหมู่มาร มีอำนาจบารมีเป็นที่ยำเกรง ชีวิตผ่านพ้นปัญหาอุปสรรคนานาประการได้อย่างน่าอัศจรรย์
