อยู่ในเขตป่าถาวรบ้านโนนมะค่า ตำบลกุดเลาะ มีพื้นที่ 2.4 ตารางกิโลเมตร ภูกุ้มข้าวมีลักษณะคล้ายกุ้มข้าวขนาดใหญ่และภูเขาไฟขนาดเล็ก มีพระธาตุไม้และพระพุทธรูปอยู่บนยอดเขา ภูกุ้มข้าวเป็นสถานที่ประกอบพิธีกรรมและศูนย์รวมแห่งความสามัคคีของชุมชนในตำบลกุดเลาะ และชาวอำเภอเกษตรสมบูรณ์ ในวันแรม 8 ค่ำเดือน 5 ของทุกปี มีชาวบ้านมาทำบุญโดยไม่ได้นัดหมายสืบสานกันมาตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน เรียกว่า "เอาบุญภูกุ้มข้าว"
