อยู่บนทางสายนางรอง-ปะคำ (ทางหลวงหมายเลข 348) ก่อนถึงอำเภอปะคำ 3 กิโลเมตร เป็นโบราณสถานสมัยขอม ด้านหลังวัดโคกงิ้ว เป็นอโรคยาศาลหรือโรงพยาบาลที่สร้างขึ้นตามพระราชดำริของพระเจ้าชัยวรมันที่ 7 ในช่วงพุทธศตวรรษที่ 18 ตามคติในพุทธศาสนาลัทธิมหายาน

ตั้งอยู่ภายในวัดโคกงิ้ว บ้านโคกงิ้ว ต.ปะคำ อ.ปะคำ จ.บุรีรัมย์ สันนิษฐานว่า เป็นอโรคยาศาล (โรงพยาบาล) ในจำนวน 102 แห่งที่สร้างขึ้นตามพระราชดำริของพระเจ้าชัยวรมันที่ 7 ช่วงพุทธศตวรรษที่ 18 เพื่อใช้เป็นสถานพยาบาลให้กับประชาชน ตามคตินิยมเรื่องพระโพธิสัตว์ของศาสนาพุทธลัทธิมหายาน ปราสาทวัดโคกงิ้ว เป็นโบราณสถานศิลปะขอม ตามแผนผังเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า หันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันออก ประกอบด้วยปรางค์ประธานซึ่งก่อด้วยศิลาแลง วิหาร กำแพงแก้ว ซุ้มประตู สระน้ำ และยังมีประติมากรรมหินทรายรูปทิพยบุคคล 2 องค์ คือ พระไภษัชยคุรุ และ พระโพธิสัตว์อวโลติเกศวร และพบแผ่นสำริดรูปวงโค้ง ขนาด 13.5 x 21.7 ซ.ม. จารึกด้วยอักษรขอม
