พระธาตุนาป่าแซง ตั้งอยู่ที่วัดสุทธิกาวาส ตำบลนาป่าแซง ก่อสร้างเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2520 โดยพระครูสุทธิพัฒนาภรณ์ ศิษย์พระอาจารย์มั่น ภูริทัตโต ได้รับพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ 113 องค์ บรรจุไว้ 2 แห่ง คือ ที่ยอดพระธาตุ และกลางพระธาตุ องค์พระธาตุนาป่าแซงมีความสูงเท่ากับพระธาตุพนมองค์เดิม เชื่อกันว่าใครที่ได้มากราบไหว้พระธาตุนาป่าแซง เท่ากับการได้กราบไหว้บูชาพระธาตุพนม ซึ่งจะประสบความสำเร็จตามที่ขอ มีอำนาจบารมีสูงส่ง ผู้คนนับหน้าถือตา เป็นผู้นำแก่บุคคลทั่วไป
