ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับอ่างเก็บน้ำหนองญาติ ตำบลหนองญาติ เป็นแหล่งรวมพันธุ์ปลาน้ำจืดของลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง แม่น้ำสงคราม และลำน้ำก่ำ มีอุโมงค์ทางเดินลอดใต้ตู้ปลา สามารถชมการแหวกว่ายของปลาได้อย่างใกล้ชิด และมีตู้ปลาขนาดต่าง ๆ จัดแสดงให้ชม นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องฉายวีดิทัศน์ขนาด ๕๐ ที่นั่ง ร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าที่ระลึก เป็นอาคารแสดงพันธุ์สัตว์น้ำจืดที่ทันสมัย เปิดให้เข้าชม วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 09.00-17.00 น. วันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ เวลา 10.00-18.00 น.
