Pha Daeng Beach (Red Cliff Beach)

Located within the area of Ban Fang Daeng, this is another important natural tourist destination in Bang Saphan Noi District. Pha Daeng Beach has a unique characteristic: a red cliff face with beautiful patterns, facing east. It stands majestically against the sea breeze and waves, stretching over 5 kilometers long and reaching a height of 20-30 meters. This beach was formed from a red laterite coastline, eroded by the sea waves and wind for hundreds of thousands of years, creating the spectacular patterns seen today. The best time to visit Pha Daeng Beach is in the afternoon to evening, as the cliffs are quite high and provide good shade from the western sun, making it not too hot. Swimming is not recommended in the area of Pha Daeng Beach due to deep underwater pits in some areas, which could be dangerous.
