About this Place
History & Significance
Chet Sao Noi Waterfall National Park was officially established on December 26, 2016, becoming Thailand's 129th national park. The park covers areas in Muak Lek District and Wang Muang District of Saraburi Province, as well as Pak Chong District of Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The name 'Chet Sao Noi' (meaning 'Seven Little Maidens') originated when forestry officials surveyed the area and discovered the 7-tiered waterfall located near 'Sao Noi Village' to the north. They named the waterfall after the village and its seven distinct tiers.
Highlights & What to See
The main highlight is Chet Sao Noi Waterfall, a shallow waterfall consisting of 7 tiers. Each tier has an average height of 2 to 5 meters, cascading down to form wide, clear, blue-green streams and pools where visitors can safely swim. The surrounding area is highly shaded and perfect for picnics.

- Muak Lek Stream: A scenic natural stream flowing through the park.
- Tree Tunnel: Located nearby on Highway 2089, this natural phenomenon features trees on both sides of the road leaning toward each other, forming a beautiful green tunnel.
