ตั้งอยู่ในอุทยานแห่งชาติน้ำพอง บริเวณเขื่อนอุบลรัตน์ ตำบลบ้านผือ เป็นกลุ่มหินใหญ่บนสันเขาป่าโสกแต้ ด้านข้างของหินมีรอยดินที่ช้างใช้ลำตัวสีก้อนหินติดอยู่ จึงเป็นที่มาของชื่อจุดชมวิว ใช้เวลาเดินเท้าจากที่ทำการอุทยานฯ ประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง หรือโดยรถยนต์จากสวนป่าโสกแต้ ประมาณ 8 กิโลเมตร จากจุดนี้จะมองเห็นทัศนียภาพของเขื่อนอุบลรัตน์และเมืองขอนแก่น
