History & Significance

The Bueng Boraphet 80th Birthday Anniversary Aquarium Building is an important landmark in Nakhon Sawan Province under the management of the Nakhon Sawan Provincial Administrative Organization. Built to commemorate the auspicious 80th birthday anniversary milestone, the structure is notable for its architecture styled as a giant traditional Krachang boat measuring 37 meters wide and 49 meters long, making it the only boat-shaped aquarium building in Thailand.

Visitors to the aquarium can explore a rich collection of aquatic species and family-friendly activities:

• Freshwater and Marine Exhibits: The facility showcases more than 100 species of freshwater fish alongside numerous species of saltwater fish.
• Underwater Tunnel: A 24-meter-long walk-through tunnel allows visitors to view fish swimming overhead and all around.
• Live Diving & Feeding Show: A daily fish feeding diving demonstration takes place at 15:00.
• Animated Movie Screenings: Daily animated feature screenings are scheduled at 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, and 14:00.
• Crocodile Shows & Boat Rides: Additional entertainment includes thrilling crocodile performances and boat excursions around Bueng Boraphet to appreciate scenic views and diverse bird species.
