Ban Hat Kai Toi Community, located in Hat La Subdistrict, Tha Pla District, Uttaradit Province, was established by villagers who moved from their original homes following the construction of the Sirikit Dam. Agriculture became the primary livelihood of the community, with cashew nut farming growing into its main economic crop.
