ตั้งอยู่บ้านหินขัน ตำบลโคกสาร ติดชายแดนไทย-สปป.ลาว มีลักษณะเป็นแก่งหิน วางตัวขวางลำน้ำโขง เกิดจากการกัดเซาะของกระแสน้ำเป็นเวลาหลายพันปี ตัวแก่งคล้ายพานหรือขันจะโผล่ให้เห็นช่วงหน้าแล้ง และยังเป็นแหล่งซื้อขายปลาแม่น้ำโขงของชาวชานุมานอีกด้วย
